Ticket prices

The NOL listing shows three tiers, per ticket:

  • Sound Check (standing): 220,000 KRW
  • M&G (seated): 253,000 KRW
  • General (seated): 165,000 KRW

The page says some prices apply only to certain periods or show dates, and I could not see the full price list. I could not find what the Sound Check and M&G tiers include, so check the ticket page for details.

How ticket sales worked

Sales followed the usual order: MOA membership presale, MOA global presale, then general sale on the domestic and global pages. One secondary source lists the general sale as opening at 8 p.m. KST on October 6. That date has passed, so I could not confirm whether seats are still available. Check NOL Ticket or NOL World for remaining seats and any canceled tickets.

Entry rules

  • Mobile tickets only. No paper tickets are issued.
  • Pre-booking identity verification is required.
  • At the venue, you go through an ID check with face recognition and get a wristband.
  • The ID must match the buyer’s NOL account, and the person entering must be the buyer.
  • Entry times vary by section and ticket, so check your own.
  • Wheelchair seats are sold by phone and picked up on site.

Cancellations

Canceling within 7 days of booking refunds the full ticket price, excluding the booking fee. Closer to the show, fees apply: up to 10 days before is 4,000 KRW per ticket, 9 to 7 days before is 10%, 6 to 3 days before is 20%, and 2 days before until the deadline is 30%. Rules for the global site may differ, and I could not confirm them.

How to get there

KSPO Dome is a 7-minute walk from Olympic Park Station (Lines 5 and 9), Exit 4. For buses, after-show tips and the other big venues, see our guide to getting to Seoul’s concert venues. New to ticketing in Korea? Start with our ticket buying guide and our fan club presale guide.

Tips for international fans

  • Bring the ID that matches your ticket account. Foreign fans usually use a passport.
  • Avoid resale offers on social media. They are a common source of scams.
  • Everyone leaves at once after the show, so plan your way back before you go.
