NMIXX end their first world tour, EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER, with three finale shows at Inspire Arena in Incheon on November 27, 28 and 29, 2026. According to a news report, the tour covered 21 shows in 17 cities across Europe, North America and Asia. It opened at the same arena with two sold-out concerts on November 29 and 30 last year, and all six North American shows sold out.

Ticket sale dates (KST)
- Fan club (NSWER 4th generation) verification: October 12, 1 p.m. to October 25, 11:59 p.m.
- Fan club presale: October 26, 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., limited to 1 ticket per person per show
- General sale: October 27 from 8 p.m.
- Wheelchair seats: Presale on October 26 (10 a.m. to 5:59 p.m.), general sale from October 27 (10 a.m.) to November 20 (5:59 p.m.)

Entry rules
- Mobile tickets only. They cannot be forwarded, and there is no delivery or on-site pickup.
- The person who booked must attend. A ticket booked under someone else’s name will not get you in.
- The booker details on NOL must match your photo ID exactly. Check your birth date and contact details before booking.
- Download your ticket before you leave home, since data coverage at venues can be unreliable.
- For the fan club presale, the fan club name and the NOL name must match exactly.
- Bank transfer payment is unavailable from October 26 to November 29.
- Each account gets one queue position. Opening the queue on another device ends the first one.
- There is no waitlist or same-seat rebooking service, and the show uses NOL’s safe booking system.
Cancellations
Canceling within 7 days of booking refunds the full ticket price, minus the booking fee. Canceling before midnight on the booking day has no ticket fee. Otherwise: 10 or more days before is 4,000 KRW per ticket (up to 10%), 9 to 7 days is 10%, 6 to 3 days is 20%, and 2 days before to the deadline is 30%. The fee schedule takes priority over the 7-day rule. Global site rules may differ.
How to get there
Inspire Arena is on Yeongjong Island in Incheon. I could not confirm public transit or shuttle details, so check NOL for notices and use the map link on show day.

- Make sure your NOL account name matches your passport before you book.
- Avoid social media resale. Tickets are checked against the buyer’s ID.
